For the first time in my life, I now have a 'go to' food program that works for me. It helps me to maintain energy throughout the day and I am sleeping better at night. I even lost some weight in the process! Liz is EXTREMELY knowledgable and has the most up-to-date information about health, exercise and nutrition. She has a great sense of humor, is a good listener (that is an important attribute to me) and clearly loves her job. She does exhaustive research, is non judgmental, always on time and gives follow up information after each session. One of the things I liked the best about working with Liz is that the word 'diet' was never used and she never told me NOT to eat a particular food. Rather than the old deprivation scenario my new way of eating is exciting, life affirming and robust. The MisFit Wellness website is now my only resource for recipes and nutrition info.
